Back rims bigger than front..problem y/n ?
04 Expedition has bigger rear rims .. Could this be a big problem ?
The tires in the front are bigger to even out the size.
I prefer riding high, dont really want to get stock.
Not the best picture but the rear is about 22/23... & fronts are 21 ish. (sorry not an exact size)
Would it be hard selling the ones i have since i have 2 different sizes ?

Agreed. Can you still buy that rim design? It would be my preference to sell the larger rears and get 2 to match the front. It won't be easy to sell either pair. If your have no preference, you could list both pairs for sale and buy 2 to match the pair that doesn't sell.
Also, you might want to take the few minutes to swap rims between front and rear. Maybe there is a fitment issue and that's why the previous owner bought 2 different sizes. I don't think there will be an issue. I suspect the previous owner had the larger wheels and bent 1 or 2. Then it was cheaper to buy the smaller ones or the larger ones weren't available anymore so they bought the smaller ones.

It won't hurt anything as long as you keep it out of 4wd. And even then it such a small difference it might not cause any problem.
With different sizes the turn rate is different. this becomes a problem if the drive line, which is out putting a specific value to the front and rear is not matched at the wheels.

Not as long as the outside diameter of both sets are the same size. With the larger rims the tires appear to be a lower profile, so I guess that's why both tires measure the same off the ground. It's all about appearance, but the function is the same.
