emissions system removal?
What do I need to do to remove the emissions egr system on a 1990 Ford f250 xlt lariat 460 fuel injected 4x4?

Why would you want to do this? You will gain zero in performance and/or mileage.

You can't remove the EGR system without setting codes and triggering the check engine light... period. However the Thermactor(air injection) system can be totally removed without affecting engine operation.
