64 power steering pump

I have a 64 f250 with the power assist steering I'm looking at going a new direction with the steering but I'm not sure how it'll work. Does anyone know about how much pressure the eaton pump puts out? I'm planning on running a dxxge saginaw box and was curious if the eaton pump will be able to run this box or if I have to switch to the saginaw pump. Brackets are kinda expensive for the 292 and I kind of like the look of the original pump under the hood. On another not my resevoir has a pinhole on the lid right under the wing nut washer I'm guessing that's not supposed to be there, am I wrong did they need this as a vent?
