Another new member
Hello everyone,
Yes, another new member. I've been looking things up on here for a while and thought it was time to register.
On the vehicle side, I bought my first in September of 2011. It was a brand new 2012 V6 Mustang. Ever since I've been looking for a truck to drive in the winter because of the salt they throw on our roads. Having grown up driving Fords ('92 XLT, '08 Lariat, '10 Platinum) I naturally looked for my own Ford truck. I haven't found one yet. I tried buying a '88 Ranger last fall, but the vehicle was rotten beyond what I was willing to put into it. Since then I've been trying to get an early Bronco (a bit out of my price range at the moment) and more recently I've been looking at 92-96 F150s. Since my car has a manual transmission, I'd like a truck to have one too. This reduces the amount of available vehicles, but there's still lots out there. I'll post up when I finally find one.

Hi mefast Welcome to FTE Your right about there being a lot of trucks out there, the Broncos can be had but people aren't too willing to give them up, but given time ( usually when your not expecting it ) you stumble on a gem for sale.
Glad to see your enjoying FTE. A lot of good information here by the folks here that are always willing to share if with their fellow Ford owners who may have a problem or a questions, so it's all good in my books.
Don't forget to join your local chapter and meets some of your fellow FTE members from your area, and if you have time you can always upload pics of your Fords to your garage for us all to see. Enjoy FTE and see you in the forums!
