My wife and I are taking advantage of the super low interest rates and are moving!
We are building a new 5200 sq. ft. house in Argritopia in Gilbert AZ and moving out of the house in Mesa.
The cool thing is that the neighborhood is "neo-traditional" and is built in the styles of the 40's and 50's- ie wrap around porches, low fences between houses, house close to very narrow streets-- in order to encourage neighborliness between the neighbors (something you don't see much of these a days). There will be an active organic farm in the development, a coffee shop, restaurant, retail nursery, and produce market.
Since the houses are build non-traditionally there is no where to park the truck in the drive if my wife wants to get out of the garage. We are getting the garage built with a 4 foot extension to fit the 22 foot truck in as well as a height increase to an eight foot garage door. I can't believe I'll actually get to park in a garage again!
Congrats on the move..I have been out there in your neck of the woods a couple of times and the new horse sounds great. If you garage is like mine then it won't be anytime at all and not even a motorcycle will fit.

....Sounds great, where this located at? I havent even heard of it...
It's between Higley and Greenfield on the north side of Ray. They've been there about 6 months and are 5 weeks from finishing the last model. They'll have the Grand Opening then.
