E4OD Hard shift after hard stop

E4OD Hard shift after hard stop
My '92 F-350 460 w/ E4OD shifts fine and smooth all the time except when I do a hard stop and then take off again ( stop and go driving in freeway traffic) but only if I really hit brakes and go from dead stop. Fluid levels are fine and filter was recently changed.
