I'm confused. A Bump F250 will already have a Dana 60 Rear axle. Unless ofcourse you mean Adding one to the front and making it a 4X4. If you have a donor truck I would put your cab and bed on the donor's frame.

Reason: addition
I'm converting it to 4x4 and I would have no problem changing chassis except I'm not going to find a crew cab short bed 4x4 around that's affordable or atcall
To the OP, what system are you looking to do? Three-link or four-link with a panhard bar or leaf springs? Second, what are you going to do with the crossmember... a D60 is not gonna like it being in the way. Third, steering plans? Fourth, shocks mounts?
It's getting a 7.3 powerstroke zf5 tranny 10.25 rear 60 front 8 inch lift f250 springs of course custom mounts. Not sure about steering yet and mounting the shocks after!
Don't forget transfer case mounting, driveshafts, maybe carrier bearing, hydralic clutch, exhaust, disc brakes, vacuum pump, fuel pump and tank, intercooler, etc.
Lotta Fab work but end result would/will be COOL!

You'll have more luck Googling for pics. Add hitting up pirate4x4.com for info.
No inter cooler t case mounts to tranny so no specific mount for that just tranny. Oh and a hydro boost break set up and custom mount for slave cylinder, forest green metallic paint black carpet king ranch seats cab lights dual 5inch mitre cut flat black stacks.
If your doing leaf springs in front it will be pretty simple to do seen alot of people do it on these trucks got any pics of the crew cab? Where are you located? I have a brand new set of skyjacker 8" 99-04 super duty leaf springs I want to sell I was going to use them in my 71 crew cab build but thinking of going coil over front now with a 4 link setup. Another bump side diesel conversion hahaha
It's not just another bump side diesel, because everyone and there moms do a "legendary cummins turbo diesel" now I'm a ford guy to the bone not saying the cummins is bad but I would never and I quote I will never put a cummins or anything besides a ford in a ford no way no how!
