Glad to be part of this forum. I own a 1965 Ford F-100, in decent condition, originally from Arizona, 94K original miles, 352 V8, 4 speed/floor, runs decent, needs some work and I'm hoping to restore it as a user to tow my 1941 Murray Wright Rampage, mahogany/cedar sailboat, on a 1964 Holtzclaw trailer. I've restored the boat and the trailer and am going to work on the F-100. As a newbie to this site, and to truck restoration, I hope to learn and to share what I learn along the way. Thanks for having me. BDMartin, Ypsilanti, MI
Hi there BD Martin Welcome to FTE One of the things you will find here is a lot of good information and the folks here are a very knowledgeable bunch who are always willing to help their fellow Ford owners out who are having a problem or need an answer to a question.
I am sure some of the folks here can help you out with some advice. Don't forget to join the Michigan chapter and meet fellow Ford fans from your state and if you have the time feel free to upload some pics of your F100 to your garage.
Hope you enjoy FTE and we will see you in the threads!
And we're glad you decided to join Martin, welcome to FTE!, those old trucks really are some great lookers, you're in for a lot of work if you're doing a resto, but the rewards will be far greater. Please don't forget to check your regional chapter: Michigan Chapter - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
