Also just to clarify the square headlights did start on the 78 model trucks. The base and Custom package trucks came with the round headlights in 78 and the Rangers, Ranger XLT, and Lariat trucks came with the square headlights.

Actually they are rectangle shaped...

The square your talking about are headlamp doors. All 78/79 F100 through F350 Have the same outside shape and they are not really square.

I think it's a 360 and not a 351. Nice truck.

 

I think you're right. A 351m wouldn't have the thermostat housing mounted to the front of the engine

 

I looked up the vin, says 360.

I texted him his mistake, lol. At that price, he would be better knowing the details, no?

And the firing order on the intake is an FE too.

Looks like a nice truck but I too think the price is a little high.

The scary part is it looks like the cab is bed-lined. Bumpside door panels(?), seats all tore up, limited info and pictures. Usually im not picky but for $25k I would be

Great truck though, setup well, ready to be used

 

I couldn't tell you if the cab was bedline material. It does look like it in a few of the pictures. If it was lined though, I can tell you its great stuff to have if your going to "use" the truck. My old CJ7 was rhino lined, and it saved my body from many nasty bumps out on the trail, not to mention kept the rust away.
Those seats have definitely seen better days.
