Primer overspray - removal?

Primer overspray - removal?
From a fairly recent repaint, there is some overspray of primer in the door jambs as well as a little on the underside of the hood. What chemical can be used to remove this without damaging the new paint?

You can try a clay bar, it's intended purpose was to remove overspray an imbedded dirt. You can use it on exterior finish too, not just jambs.
