I prefer a topper. Having useable lockable dry space is a must for me. Vans are good for space, but a pain to work on.

Just need to find one that is taller.

Need about 45 inches clear to get this unit in without having to fold down the tiller. Fits in my Aerostar mighty fine.


This will be my first winter in 15 years with a truck. Hopefully my fiberglass topper will be heavy enough to help me get around. I can always add weight.
