New guy here

Hi there. New to the site not really new to diesel engines work on them a lot during the week.

I have a 2011 ford f 250 cc fx4 lariat 4x4 power stroke diesel. I use it a lot for towing. I have a 22 ft car hauler a 28 ft car hauler a jersey speed skiff and some other things to pull around.i had a 2011 f150 befor this truck and it was not up to the task for towing my toys. I could not be happier with my new truck.

Just turned 60xxx miles, and I have not had one break down. I have had this truck sine it was 20xxx miles old. Its on a diet of rosella 15-40 and all ford motor craft filters. I just put tires on her over the summer the Bridgestone duller at revo 2. There a great tire.

So that's alittle about me hopefully we can help one another out from time to time.

Anyone els out there having good luck with there new trucks?what kinda edit are you guys running in your truck any one ever use shaffers oils I hear good things?

Hey there, welcome to FTE.

I had a 2010 f150 and prefer my 6.7 WAYYY more. Had mine for 2+years with zero engines issues.

Good to hear of another happy 6.7 owner

Welcome!
Three years this past June and have 51,000 miles.
I've had a few issues here and there but warranty has covered them all.

Welcome. Just a baby here. Bought mine in August. Heavy hauler here. .only complaint is the weak engine braking or lack of. Using manual mode takes care of it.

Welcome to FTE!

Glad you're happy with your truck. They are a pulling beast. A couple of minor issues, rear end shutter upon take-off when loaded heavy, a little front end shimmy, some tranny irregularities, couple of computer flashes. Dealer has taken care of me pretty good so far. Good luck!

Seems the rads have problems every where. Mine has been leaking sine I got the truck just never egnough to replace it. Ford wants 2800 for the job it only leaks maybe a qt every ten thousand miles.

All in all you guys are right, these trucks are a work horse. The first for months I had my truck I haule no to mass 18xxx daily. Truck did just fine. Only got about 6-7 mpg but my enclosed car hauler is like a big wind sock. It just blows my mind that this truck has this much power and can do what I ask it and not break. Good job ford !!
