oil sending unit
i have a 2005 expedition i've done replaced the oil sending unit 3 times each 1 lasted about a week exactly to the day the first 2 were after markets the last 1 was a oem. does any body have any idea what else it could be?

High oil pressure as a result of a stuck pressure valve on the oil pump could be breaking the internals of the senders. Screw an oil pressure tester into the hole in place of the sender to see what the true oil pressure is.
