What suspension lift are you running, and just for the heck of it, I would like to see what they did on the rear for height. Blocks, springs, block & springs..?
The lift is a Fabtech Radius Arm system. Rear has new blocks and U bolts keeping the factory spring set.
Here is the link for the system.
6 Radius Arm System w/ Performance Shocks - 2008-13 Ford F350 4WD & 2011-13 Ford F450 4WD (8 Lug)
I also had the dual stabilizers installed up front to assist with the larger tires.

OP, did you install the lift yourself? If not where did you go to have it done?

What are your thoughts on warranty implications?

All dealerships I have been to here in PHX AZ have brand new trucks with 6" lift and 37s on the lots, so i wonder how they handle warranty issues.

I can almost guarantee how they will handle warranty issues.

If there is a suspension/steering/frame issue, Ford will not warrant it, unless the issue is both present once the truck is reverted to stock, and it was completely apparent that having the truck modified for a period didn't cause or exacerbate the issue to begin with. Other items, where their performance may be impacted by these mods (transmission and differentials) may be handled on a case by case basis. The rest of the truck (body/engine/electrics) should still be warrant-able as per normal.
Depending on the dealer, if they sold the truck new, the dealer may cover the costs for suspension/steering/frame issues, but if I was the buyer, I would want that in writing before handing over my hard-earned.
