Got it! Warn hubs are a great product, but their supplied directions/instructions/diagrams suck!
I thought for sure I was missing pieces, but after reviewing the threads Tylus posted and doing a bunch more research, I found out that I was not missing parts and every thing went together just fine.

glad it helped some. I've been trying to justify the MM or Warn hubs myself. Just can't spend $200+ for them yet when mine work when I get out and lock them manually. They don't work automatically 
oh well. That's $200 I can spend elsewhere
