As it turns out, I didn't need a new PV. This truck was a "flip this truck" type of vehicle. Guy told me the reservoir was leaking, no biggie. But it still leaked and was getting worse every time I used the brakes. There is a t-like block located above the PV that had some kind of sensor in it that was bad. Went to Ford and looked at their parts diagrams found the junction block, but it didn't show that port or sensor so I just put a real plug in the port, leaking stopped. There was an oil pressure looking sensor in it that was leaking, some dangling wires that might have been hooked to it. The brake warning light used to come on when the fluid got low, the ABS light comes on, turns off during initial boot up. Don't know what that sensor was for, but truck stops fine with no leaks now. I would be concerned about it, but since the Ford diagrams didn't show it, I'm just confused now.
