clicking when trying to start
when i went to start my rig (94 explorer) the dash lights flickered and all i got was a loud clicking noise. i took out the starter and had it checked. it was low on the meter should have been at 150. it went 95 and then dropped down to 20. starter was turning. got a new starter and put it in. still doing the samething. the ratatatata noise is real loud and all kind of thing are happening. lights going off radio going off a/c clutch clicking on. anyone else had this trouble...

For sure a bad contact between battery and starter motor.
Check battery cableclamps, are they clean and tight (also the negative to ground cable).
Check the starterrelay (loose nut) and startermotorcable (loose nut) and the bolts into the block (tight), also the block-to-chassis groundstrap.
