1951 M-H front end

dose any one out there have any pic or info on how to get the front drums off

Remove them very carefully, they are irreplaceable. They come off like any others. Back off the shoes and remove (to my recall) the flathead screws holding them to the hubs. When I get back home I'll copy that M-H R32-4 manual and send it. You might try gentle persuasion until then. Stu
