removing valve covers

I just built this 5.0L 302 for a 1988 fuel injected pickup and I am sure I did not adjust a roller rocker right.I already have the motor in and can hear it. I was wondering if anyone has been able to remove the valve cover, on the passengers side without removing the upper intake. I am not sure if there is enough clearanceto slide the valve cover out. Please somedbody help me out.

Unfortunately, the upper intake will need to be removed.....

Yea, thats kinda what I thought. Thanks though. I have done it before and atleast know I can tackle the job again. This time I am using polly locks, heard much about them?
