Happy October VA! New guy to the forums here. Bought a 78 F150 with a few issues. I wanted something like I had in my younger days. Many moons ago I had a 79 F150 with 10" lift and 40" Monster mudders. This was back before the bumper laws kicked in. Had to drop it to 7" after that. A spun bearing and no funds at the time forced the sale. Anyway, good to see such a large forum with what looks like very knowledgeable folks.

I would try to go but it is a bit difficult right now since we are short a person on my shift and the midnight shift is now short a person due to health reasons. Not sure if that guy is going to come back yet.

Evening all.
Welcome Toolman. Just moved my 79 up to the garage to figure out a "plan of attack". Have a 78 and 79 S Cabs for parts. Now all that is needed is ambition.
