What is this part?
So, 1980 F150 is not idling too good these days, and vacuum lines are original, so thought I'd start by replacing all that. First thing I did was break a connector getting hose off, but bought from Pico and that is good. But somehow tonight I broke this part, connected to vacuum lines. It used to be together, but now is apart. The white circle thing in middle of pic. What is it?

Look at your diagram on the radiator. And also trace the lines from that piece and see where they go. It looks like a vacuum delay valve(VDV) Like these.
