It's a v10 4x4. The mustang is an 06 GT with 38k miles in mint condition. I have service records that read more like a diary

So who is trick or treating tonight? It's my turn to stay at the house and hand out candy while the wife and kids go collecting. They got the hound a costume. It's a prisoner outfit. She's a toilet paper thief doing hard time. Should be a hoot.

Yall be safe and have fun.

I'm working on pulling the transmission on my old brown 150. Overdrive gave out on me two mondays ago, so push came to shove.

Bike news, got approved for the loan, but the owner of the one I wanted has not replied to me in several weeks, and not having much luck finding another I like who will answer my messages.

However, the longer I have thought about, the more I have thought I may just say screw it and find me an old school F-250 or F-350 with the 7.3, 5spd manual, manual transfer case, manual hubs, and 4drs. Prefer single wheel axle, but dually isn't a deal breaker. Ain't gotta be pretty (y'all know me), and actually prefer it not to be, trying to stay cheap. Unfortunately proving hard to find lol. Am I too picky? If so, oh well, it's my dream truck honestly. Been wanting one since I was a kid, just never had a need to justify it, until dad bought a tractor a couple years ago lol.

Glad you got the loan. Now if you can find the right bike. The good ones get gone quick. Have to be ready to jump on it when you do find the right one. Good time to buy before some folks put em up for the "season" then hold them till spring.

I have also wanted the truck you are describing. Crew cab, long bed, 4x4. The works. A member mjunk1 has a pretty sweet rig from that era. Fuzzy's truck is pretty dang nice.

Bike would make a better daily driver. Truck would be awesome to have, period. Decisions, decisions.

Well, the truck is honestly more functional. I could pull our tractor and help my dad with his little side business he has going, and take care of our land in Caswell, without having to have him there (cause currently he uses his company's truck to pull the tractor, which I can't drive, and he does things on the weekend when I am working). Plus I'm getting waste oil from several sources to make fuel for our tractor, which would also be fuel for a truck...So yeah, I'm really leaning to the truck, but if I do find a bike, I may jump on it. Just kinda depends what I find honestly.

Hope you find a good truck. Sounds like it would be the best option given all the stuff ya'll need to haul. Be kind of hard to tow a tractor around with a motorbike.

You could always buy a truck annnnnd a bike.

I could, if I had the money lol. The goal is to buy one or the other, pay it off, then use it as collateral to consolidate my other bills and use the savings to pay said bills. We shall see how this plan actually turns out lol

Matt, Hope you feel better.

Plans for turkey day include a good meal with friends and family on Thursday. We also usually have a cook out one evening with a bushel of oysters and some type of game meats. (duck, deer, etc.) Plan on hunting Friday and Saturday.

Hope everyone has a fun and safe Thanksgiving.
