New from Pinellas County Florida
Hello,
My name is Will. I'm 26 years old. Purchased my 1971 Ford F100 custom 6 month or so ago. I used to own a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was running great, just became a pita to work on. So I sold it and bought the Ford as my daily driver. Not only did I buy it for the extremely good looks of the truck but to also get some experience in working on engines in general. I currently have the front end and engine out of the truck for a rebuild (my first one, wish me luck). With the engine out I am now using my Yamaha R6 as my daily driver, Rain or shine, which I do not mind because I enjoy every minute on my bike. Engine is a 360 which I will be rebuilding to a 390 for daily street driving. I've done a lot of lurking on the site for information, it's a great site with lots of helpful information.
I'm also planning on doing the Crown Vic front suspension swap. The truck will be lowered so this seems to be one of the best options around.
Anyways, Thanks for the welcome. I'll to do my research before I ask dumb questions, don't hate me if they are though.
