Today made it all worth it.

My 19 yr old daughter wanted to drive the 54 around town, I used to pick her up at Beaumont High in the old beater, she would kinda not like it. Tomorrow we take her for her 2nd yr of college. Pix tomorrow.

That sounds great. My daughter is 15, and actually likes my truck. I took her out and let her drive it in the mall parking lot for a couple hours last weekend. She definitely put the brakes to the test...

Hey Dood,
That's wonderful that she likes the old truck. My son loves driving our's. He goes to a university where a lot of the kids drive very nice cars - he just drives up in the 1950 F1 - can't touch that.

Looking good over there.

Very cool. Good memories will be made

Last month me and a buddy used our trucks to move a friend of mine's son to college. The kid gained instant notoriety at school.

When my daughter was in high school she sometimes drove my 56 to school. She came home one day and said one of the boys pulled out to pass her,But HE DIDN'T.

Old trucks like these are the things memories are made of. Wish I had a kid to share it with but I never liked sharing my toys anyway hahaha. You've got an awesome daughter!
