Maybe 2 guys "strong as bull! but I would get 4.
I say this because I can lift the front of my stripped frame but I am struggling and only lifted 1 end at a time. Same what I put it on its side for cleaning before paint.

As for the cab I had the frame up on jack stands so it was in the air to start with. I have a pair of think they are B&D plastic horses and I was able to lift 1 side at a time and side a horse under the rockers I then took the suspension out of the frame so it was on the garage floor and was able to slip a wood dollie and slide the frame out from under the body.

With help from the wife to move the horses from rockers to front cab mounts I lifted 1 side at a time to do this.
When I want to put the cab back on frame I will do it backwards.
So 4 guys to do any cab/frame moving if you can.

Thanks Piston and Fuzz. Gives me a pretty good idea of what I'm up against.
