1987 Ford E-150 problems
Help! My son's 1987 Ford E-150 van was running perfectly and just shut off and won't start. We have checked the obvious. Anyone know of any quirks or have any suggestions. Desperate!

I've had an ignition module fail like that. Sometimes they'll work again for awhile after cooling off, sometimes not. Check for spark. Any codes? Fuel pump turning on for a second or so after turning the key to "on"?
A parts store can probably test the ignition module for you. That's the first thing I'd check.
