When I replaced my radiator, I had no luck finding the fittings at the local parts stores. Might be a dealer item...?
I ended up getting a few AC line fittings that were "close" to the same threads... used some force and 'made 'em fit'. Haven't leaked yet... fingers crossed...
You may prefer to take less of a "hack-job" approach... In my case, my budget didn't allow that.
When I replaced my radiator, the fittings were seized to the lines. So I ended up having to cut the lines off. Luckily they were in stock at the local dealer. If I remember right, both lines were about $60.
