I remember. I was at the Courtyard hotel next to the San Jose Airport. I went down for breakfast, and everyone was standing around watching the TV in the breakfast area. Out of curiosity, I watched also as the 2nd plane hit the 2nd building. I want to say it was unbelievable, but that's far from where the world has turned.

I was taking my kids to school and the news called it a bombing. The kids asked what it was about and I told them I would find out. We had a long discussion when they came home. It was a sad day for sure.
