I saw that. There's no Jaclyn or JaclynMurray that's a member here that would make any sense of that name in the broken link. A Google image search doesn't reveal any "famous" person with that name that I can discern either. So I don't think he was trying to post a picture of someone.

You are uploading to a web based picture hosting site like Photobucket.com, correct?
Just a heads up, but pictures cannot be uploaded directly to a forum thread, unless it's being attached via the forum feature that's available only to paid supporting members.
You need to upload the photo to either your gallery here, or some other site like photobucket to share it online. You can't insert the image directly from your computer.
