Upper shock mounts

I just bought a 1979 F-350. The front upper shock mounting hole are worn out of round from being run loose for who knows how long. What the best method of repairing these holes.

Upper shock mounts

See if you can find a big thick washer to fit the bushing at your local farm store, then weld it to the underside of the mounting surface.
