New 5.0 misfire , I think I finally got the problem

Hey guys I think I finally found my problem , after me trying alot of things and having a garage identify my number 3 cylinder being dead , with no compression I think I got it , I went to pull of the intake plenum and when I did I looked at the gasket and from the middle back , it was soaked with gas , probably explains why the back 4 plugs were fouled , and then I took off the cover and the rockers on that cylinder were perfect , pushrods not bent at all , and both rockers moved fine when rotating the engine , so that being said Im pretty sure the intake valve is bad on they cylinder , making it have no compression , as the truck will puff when first started up and when at stop lights and idling and will puff when accelerating from a dead stop , so am I correct on needing a valve job on my heads ? Thanks , and with the back 4 plugs being fouled and cylinder number 3 having no compression, I wonder how many cylinders I'm even running on ..

Thank alot !
