Afternoon Dee, Clint, Gerry, George, Ontariofarner and ALL our southern friends and others that DARE to wander in here. Been REAL busy redoing the basement. Got 'er ALL stripped out and ready to reframe and rewire tomorrow. I am going with the Roxul insulation in a 2x4 wall and using a sill gasket and Pressure treated for the bottom plate. I know some are going to disagree but that is what I am doing. Getting things ready for winter to. The neighbours are upset that I have the snowblower out for an oil change a tune-up and a test run. LMAO. Today started off a little slow. had a rough night celebrating. Married the Old Girl 45 years ago yesterday AND on my 18th B-Day to. That was the cause of the slow start. Turned 63 and I didn't think there was a lot of ppl that think THAT is a BIG deal. WRONG... I am told that with my life style and attitude THAT is a big deal!!!! Partied till The wee hours with a lot of really great people... especially the girl friends and adopted daughters. WOW. Well I have got to get to checking my brisket on the BBQ ( been there for about 7 hours) and get the cabbage and HOT peppers on. Ya'll have a great Saturday Night we will catch ya on the filp side. Stay cool and play safe.
