Removing tips on crossover tubes

Removing tips on crossover tubes
Truck is a 95 F250/351 I took a look at this job and I wanted to run fast and far but the jobs gotta get done. Ok so what does this entail? How can I gain access to the 2 bolts that hold the tubes on. Step by step would be great if anybody's got experience with this. Thanks
