Would not start for two days, had to jump start. Nothing was left on like the lights, glove comp. light ect. Had a Charging System Test done at Advance. Print out says the starter tested ok, charging system ok, but a charge is required. It had 12.65 volts during test. It says because of low charge check my connections??? When I got home I turn the engine off twice. It would not start the second time the battery read 8 volts.

So do I need to try another battery I have, to see what's up. Or could I damage it?

 

Sounds like a bad battery to me.

 

autozone should be able to test it and tell you if the battery has a dead cell.

 

I had it tested, result above. Would I have to remove the battery and have it charged overnite there? How can I tell if its the battery and not a wiring problem?

UPDATE: Manager just said the print out I got was a false +, It was a bad battery.
