Hi forum. Picked up a 96 E350 conversion van and I'm hoping this is the best forum to join. Van's a 460, 112k mile garaged gem of a find and I'm stoked to have another Ford 'truck'; it's been years. Had a few conversions back in my reckless youth, and a few F-150's along the way too. I'm an equal opportunity enjoyer, no offense intended, so I have a few Dodge's that I'm also terribly proud of. But these vans will always have a hold of me. Been looking for a Ford van for quite a while.
I was born and raised a Ford guy, and still very much am, but as I've gotten older and the good old American iron from the 50s-70's has all but disappeared from the roads, I've learned to appreciate almost all of the classics from that era. I'll still take a 429 Twister Mustang over a Challenger, mind you. (Rather find a 429 Twister Ranchero but none are known to still exist).
That's one comfy ride Warren, I'm glad you found it, welcome to FTE! and don't wonder anymore, you found THE best Ford truck site out there, and we'll be more than happy to help you with your truck and to share info/pics/stories. Please check this chapter out: 1968-2013 Full Size Vans - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums There are several others that might interest you, but that's as good a spot as any to start out.
