I'd say yes sir most outer dana 44 hub stuff interchanges.
Bearing & seals maybe different from ford, dodge,& chevy tho!
Hub & axle splines are the same. ..orich
I'd say yes. Back in the day my brother bought a used 1977 Blazer. It had one GM locking hub and one factory Ford hub in the other side. Complete with the Ford applique still on the ****. So I know they are the same.
The hubs i have are red and the entire outside spins, which seems different from all the ones I've seen. Do I just have one that I haven't seen before?

Haha I keep finding more and more "unique" things on this truck, I love it . Yeah they are held on by 3 sets of 2 screws, 1 to hold it in place, and the other to move 3 metal pieces inside when you turn it. We will see if the craiglist guy answers my email.
I don't see why not. Just change out all the internal stuff with your replacement hub spline drive. Your 19 spline axle fits inside of it with a snap ring on the outer tip.
If those hubs are shot then replace them. But not knowing how long since they were services it would be a good time you pull the hubs off any way and check and repack the wheel bearings and replace any bad parts & seals. Then install the new hubs as needed...orich
