Brake job time, bearings too?

well I finally replaced my GEM and now I have 4x4 again! So of course it is brake time as the fronts are shot.

I have all the parts and was about to start, then i thought about the bearings. My other vehicles are old school spindles, so the unit bearing thing is new to me. I have 120,000 on my truck, with little of it being highway mileage. What is the life span of the unit bearings and is it worth it (130 bucks a pair for bearings/hub) to just replace it when everything else is apart.

Thanks

Personally on unit bearings I would run them till they fail. Unit bearings can last a long time to my knowledge. Its one of those parts I replace as they fail
