Tonight I ran a compression check and all cylinders were within 10psi. 175-185 Psi. I put new plugs in it and took off the clogged air filter. I did find that the water pump was leaking from the weep hole, which isn't surprising considering the damage to the fan and radiator. The truck is running really good, so I'm gonna slap a water pump on it, some electric fans and run it.

Refer to the first page, I posted a picture of the fan. one of the blades was broken and that's what slashed the radiator, it happened while I was in a deep spot. I knew my fan was hitting water but I decided the screeching noise I heard was just a slipping belt. The fan was old so I imagine it that blade was fatigued and slapping the mud repeatedly at 5-6 grand didn't help either...

When a fan hits water, it will pull the blades forward towards the rad. Seen it happen many times from people not knowing how to cross deep water.

Electrics will do the same if you don't kill them before hitting.
