Help...just put a new water pump and thermostat on and I forgot which hose goes where. Two hoses going to the heater core on the firewall..upper and lower. Which one goes to the water pump and which one goes to the gooseneck?
Please email with any help......
Heres a couple of pictures to help you out. Not exactly your setup as mine are left and right instead of up and down.
edit: in the second picture the right hose is going to the thermostat housing and the left is going to the water pump.

? not that I don't appreciate what pictures can do, but how did bobodean figure out what he needed from a side-by-side shot when he has an up and down?
Glad you got it figured out though!
by-the-by, nice truck you have there, jr.

It doesn't matter which direction the water flows thru the heater core - they can be connected either way, and it's probably a good idea to swap them every 100Kmi or so to backflush the heater core.
