ZF 5 speed conversion
I have a 79 F350 crew cab 4x2 with 460 and 4 spd. & have recently sourced a ZF 5 speed for a 460. Has anyone done a conversion. I am mainly interested in pedal/clutch master cylinder set up and mounting. If there is a good article/thread somewhere please point me in the right direction - tired of searching Thanks

Here is a link to some other threads where they did the swap, the only thing is this a 400 instead of a 460 but the pedals will end up the same in the end. I did the swap a few years ago and still driving the truck. I did the mechanical linkage, but if I did it again I would do a hydraulic pedals instead.
