Tracking down rattles...
My truck developed an annoying rattle a few weeks ago. It happens at speeds over maybe 30mph and sounds like it's between the instrument cluster area or the front part of the driver's side door. I can't pinpoint exactly. Sounds too loud for a bundle of wiring so maybe it's a loose bracket or something.
I'm going to start by removing the door panel and looking in there. I installed new tow mirrirs a while back so I'm wondering if I left something loose in that area. I know it's hard to tell but anyone have any suggestions what it may be or maybe some hints for tracking down noises.
