Arm rests?

Arm rests?
Hello again from Akron, I've seen 57-60 trucks that have arm rest on the passenger side and some without. My 1960 Custom Cab doesn't have one. Could somebody tell me the reason for the arm rests being only in certain doors? Any help would be greatly appricated. -4speed

Arm rests?
Hi 4speed, 
On the back of a sales brochure that I have, the arm rests are listed under two seperate options:
Listed under the heading "Regular production options".........
"Armrest, left side for standard cab and panel".
Listed under the heading "Special equipment available as pre-approved options".............
"Arm rest, right side for all cabs and panels".
