Question on sync in f250?

Question on sync in f250?
ok so have a 2009 f-150 and a 2012 explorer. was wondering if the either 13 or 2014 250 lariat has the same radio options as my explorer. when i bought my 09 i don't think i could have gotten sync in the 250. i am need of a new truck but waiting for the 14's to come out to see if it is worth it. just want to see if the radio is the same or if it has less options.
