Hard to find Dana 60!
#16
I`m not sure if this has a complete rear axle or not, I called but there was no answer so I left a message and will let you know what I find out. It will be a bit wider but if you can live with that it might work out for you as it`s local and it has the 8 bolt wheels.

1955/65 available ratios: 3.73/4.10/4.56/4.88, 3.54-1 ratio introduced in 1966. 1955/65's have 12 1/8" x 2" brakes, as do some 1966/72's.
1966/72 F250 Camper Specials and with 7500 GVW have 12" X 2 1/2" brakes.
And, 1973/77 F250 4WD Dana 60's will also fit, as these trucks have the same rear frame rail width (33 1/2") as 1961/72's.
* Beginning 1973, FoMoCo widened the distance between the inner frame rails behind the cab to 37 1/2" on F100/350's except on the following that have 33 1/2" rear frame rails:
1973/77 F250 4WD (Dana 60), 1973/79 F350's (Dana 70) on the 140" wheelbase, and Cab & Chassis.

Where did'ja get this interchange from? 1955/72 F250 Spicer/Dana 60's are all basically the same, use the same B5D-4235-A 16 spline axle shafts.

Hey guys, I managed to find a dana 60 off of a 76 F250. The measurements all match up perfectly. Opened up the rear housing and it looks great. Regular wear but nothing crazy. The gears all look good and absolutely no metal grindings in the oil. Picked it up for 250 bucks - they even loaded it into my truck. Only thing its missing is a left side hub cap. Any ideas where to buy new hub caps? The brake pads look not too worn. Thanks again guys for all the support!

Amigos!... When I had spoken to them, they were confident that they had none from the years I specified. I just assumed that it's probably there but they haven't looked hard enough. So today I was there from 1-5pm and measured at least a 100 diffs. And in them I found this dana 60 and also a dana 70 dually. After thinking about it for a bit, I just went for the dana 60. They wanted 450 for the dually and 250 for the dana 60.
