e-Bay sells new one from FixitCds for $19.99 shipped to you. There are no instructions but it is simple enough. This one cd covers all truck models for that particular year plus vans and SUVs. It has Ford logo and is copyrighted by Ford Customer Service. I printed maybe 200 pages on removing, tearing down, assembling, and putting back in a ZF S6 6speed manual trans for 2001-2002 PS SuperDuty 4x4. There are lots of pictures. A seperate section is devoted to wiring and vacuum. It has recall info and a lot more. FixitCDs has website but gets closer to $25 and may not ship as fast. I got mine in 3 days but needed credit card/PayPal. I've recommended to several here. I was informed that they only sell for 1992 up though. I have been told that it is as good as dealer's if not the same. I believe it is the same hence Ford's logo and copyright.
Haynes Repair Manual - Ford Pick-ups & Bronco 1980 thru 1996, 2WD & 4WD, Full-size, F-100 thru F-350, Gasoline engines #36058 (Does not include diesel engine or Super Duty (F-450) vehicles) by Mark Christman, John B. Raffa and John H. Haynes is available at most parts stores in paperback form. It covers your truck. If you have a diesel engine, it does not cover the engine or anything different than gasoline (i.e. fuel supply, emissions, vacuum, wiring) but it does cover the rest of the drivetrain, brakes, body, interior, etc. The cd will be more specific and thorough for your truck, no matter the engine. Price is about the same and you can print whichever part of the cd that you want. All pictures will line up close to the referencing instructions. It also begins with tools (plus gasket maker, oil, etc.) needed and Ford numbers for them at the beginning of each section.
I have got a complete set of service manuals for 1993 F-series (two volumes for engine/drivetrain and body) and the big binder that covers all of the emissions systems. Not the exact year but I don't think much changed between '93 and '94. If you are interested send me a message.
Question for you all. For my F-350 which of these is the cd that I should get? One is F-series and the other is Super Duty. I'm still learning my Fords.
Jason Sparks answered my questions quickly. I would think you'd want to get the F-series cd as SuperDuty in 1994 meant F-450 but ask to be sure. I'm happy I bought mine and think about buying more for my other trucks. Go to http://www.fixitcds.com/ for other info.
