'95 Explorer check engine light codes

'95 Explorer check engine light codes
Hey, what a great Forum. I need help regarding codes that came up when I had my Explorer in at the dealer due to a check engine light.
1995 Explorer XLT
4.0L
121,000 miles
The codes they gave me were:
P1824
B1352
B1398
They indicated that one could be causing the others. Does anyone know what these codes are and what the best way to go about figuring out if one or all are a problem?
Also, I get a rythmic thump thump thump at 15-25 miles per hour and sound like it's coming from the front end. I have newer tires that were balanced so I don't think it's that.
