The rearend in the 92 is a Ford 10.25. It is a very strong unit.
I wouldn't swap it out.
Even if the front end in the 77 was a Dana 60, the spring spacing and width is different from the later years.
Your best bet is a 86.5- 97 F350 Dana 60. It is almost a bolt in swap.
