Yes, 99-04 super duty rims will fit and 99-05 excursion rims will fit. 05 excursions never got any updates since it was the final year. So in all reality it's 04 super duty wheels on them.
Basically anywhere from 99 to now will fit as far as bolt pattern. Once you go to 05 (I think) and up on the trucks, you will need spacers. Ive been thinking about doing the 08 20's on mine.
