I was changing the front shocks on my 2000 f-150 and I broke one of the bolts on the lower control arm that hold the shock in. I went to 2 different part stores and they had none. where can I get one? i tried to beat it out but kind of hard laying on the ground, even put some heat on it. will it hurt just to have one bolt there?
yeah it could break that single bolt while driving...
you'll probably have to drill it out, and run a bolt thru it, unless you are dead set on replacing the lower control arm, in that case they aren't expensive at all even Napa, Orielly's, Autozone and the like carry 'em, so does rock auto
