6.0 L Vibration Diagnostic

Update
Ok this is what we found...fficeffice" /><O></O>
Bad belt tensioner and idler<O></O>
We replaced them because they needed to be done...but that didn’t help with our vibration.<O></O>
I got the ford factory fly wheel and put that on...vibration GONE!<O></O>
the Napa 150 flywheel is the source....i don’t visually see anything wrong with it...but when we took it off the back of the crankshaft, there is almost a slip fit centering design...and the flywheel goes on and off by hand. when we put the ford factory flywheel on, we had to use the bolts in an even pattern to press the flywheel on...once it was on, we took the bolts off, and they flywheel would stay put without any bolts, so there is some kind of press fit/centering design that ford has and Napa doesn’t, so the Napa one would get slightly off center and out of balance and vibrate. Keep in mind this was a brand new Napa flywheel had only a couple weeks of use on it.<O></O>
We put the ford flywheel on and six states light weight clutch kit and reinstalled the re sealed warranty work transmission and now it runs great, nice and smooth.<O></O>
Thanks for all of your guys input and help!......and i hope this info will help others later on.<O></O>
